It is submitted that i am regular customer of WAPDA (SEPCO) i consume electricity through a meter in Hamid Shah Bangalows Khairpur having consumer number 083813205516 .However since various days somebody has put two hooks and has tepered the wires to the meter ,even though I have been complaining to the local authorities but all in vain
