We are pleased to inform you that the Higher Education Commission HEC has declared the National Essay competition for the 70th Independence Day celebrations as part of the 70th-anniversary celebrations in Pakistan.NACTA organizes a 2nd national essay writing contest (English and Urdu) with the below subjects that are listed against each of the categories.HEC in conjunction with the minister for federal education as well as professional education has created an essay competition for students from all universities and DAIs in Pakistan. To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Pakistan, the Higher Education Commission, in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning Development & Special Initiatives, will hold an Inter-university Essay Writing Competition in both Urdu and English languages. The competition will take place at the national level and across Pakistan.
HEC Inter University Essay Writing Competition 2025
The essay writing contest is designed to inspire Pakistani youngsters to evaluate the opportunities and issues facing Pakistan and recognize their role in the nation’s progress through critical thinking, imagination, and productive involvement. It is open to participants from all provinces and territories. It’s an excellent chance for young people to showcase their exceptional writing abilities and win national prizes.

NACTA 2nd National Essay Writing Competition 2025
We will screen essays for plagiarism. We will reject essays that contain more than 19% plagiarism. The top performers of each class will compete to advance to the next stage, which is a provincial-level competition. We will reward those who successfully complete the competition with various prizes, as per the following calendar of awards.
